Wing Shya, the internationally renowned photographer, asked me to embark with him in the creation of the early brand identity for CRYPTIQUES. Using his archive of photos as a database for the creation of the NFTs, my task was to reflect the foward-thinking nature of the brand, bringing CRYPTIQUES a new logo, website design and visuals in the project.
Through a spiritual story of self discovery, CRYPTYQUES bring emotions and sentiment to demonstrate that NFTs can connect with people. CRYPTIQUES defies the norms of the entertainment industry and sets the tone of the Web 3.0 era - bringing forward a fairer, and more collaborative model for creators. Using movies from Hong Kong's rich cinematic history, CRYPTYQUES explores the contrast and conflicts of a human experience through three acts: Past, Present and Future. By going back in time to collect memories, one begins to reconcile with the past, and pave the road for the future.
